Automated Pellet & Mash Feed Facility

Deva Poultry Farm operates a fully automated feed mill plant with a production capacity of 900 tons per day (TPD). Because feed accounts for a major portion of a bird's health, we produce 100% of our feed internally, maintaining complete control over inputs and nutritional values.

We source premium yellow maize, soybean meal, essential amino acids, and minerals from trusted local farmers, testing every ingredient in our laboratory for moisture, pathogens, and mycotoxins prior to processing. Balanced mash feeds are mixed in batch silos under strict veterinary guidance.

Nutritional Mash Feed Varieties

To support our laying flocks through different development stages, our feed mill formulates three specific mash feeds:

Grower Pullet Mash (Ages 9-18 Weeks): Formulated to support steady skeletal growth and muscle mass without putting on excess fat. This prepares the young pullets for a productive laying cycle.
Developer/Finisher Mash (Ages 18-20 Weeks): Offers a fine-tuned protein-to-energy ratio helping the birds transition smoothly to sexual maturity and ready their bodies for laying egg numbers.
Layer Mash (Phase 1 & 2): Fortified with high percentages of bioavailable calcium, phosphorus, and essential amino acids (methionine, lysine). This ensures thick, strong eggshells and rich, healthy yolks.
